Terms and Conditions of Trade

General Terms

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications and colours may vary slightly.

Your full order will be dispatched together, unless we notify you regarding low stock. Where possible, please let us have contact telephone number and full postcode to prevent delivery delays.

A receipt/invoice will be dispatched with all orders.

Delivery charges

Orders up to £29.99 add £5.50
Orders between £30.00 and £69.99 add £4.95
Orders between £70.00 and £109.99 add £3.95
Orders between £110.00 and £149.99 add £2.95
Orders over £150.00 delivered free of charge

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands and the following Scottish postcodes

(HS1-9, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA61-78, PH42, PH43, PH44, ZE1-3)

have a flat charge of £7.50 postage, whatever the size of your order.

The European Union [excludes the Republic of Ireland]

Add £10.00, whatever the size of your order

The Rest of the World

Add £15.00 to your order

DUE TO THE DILATORY PERFORMANCE OF THE POSTAL AUTHORITIES IN SOUTHERN IRELAND, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE CONSIDER DELIVERING THERE.

Please Note: We appreciate that Small Orders may be for Samples and will attract a high post and packing rate.

However, if such a sample order results in a larger purchase, within 30days, we will credit the original delivery charges against any order in excess of £30.00

Smaller parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger orders by Parcelforce or a similar carrier (which will usually require a signature on receipt of parcel).

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned in "Good/Unused Condition" within seven days of receipt. Customers must ensure the goods are securely packed (in the original packaging), complete with "Tags", where applicable, and are responsible for paying the relevant return carriage costs. A deduction of the actual carriage cost will be made to cover our administration costs, and the net refund will be paid through the original Credit/Debit Card system. Please note that the price you are charged for postage and packing is only a contribution to that cost, it is not the actual cost of sending your order to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We normally ship your order by return, but certainly within 7 days of receipt. Carriage normally takes 3 to 4 working days after despatch.

If your order is for a Wedding, we like to deliver at least 14 days prior to the Wedding Day. This should allow time to ensure your satisfaction and promotes "Peace of Mind"

Please note that when goods are signed for at the time of delivery you must check that:

you receive the number of parcels that you sign for
no parcels are damaged or missing
any shortages or breakages MUST be notified within seven days of despatch

Carriage charges on goods refused by the customer, will be charged to the customer.

Goods returned to us without our consent will be refused.

Pricing

Prices are in UK pounds sterling.

Taxes

Our business is not VAT registered, at the moment, so no Tax is applied to our online prices.

Payment

Whilst our on-line Payment System, for Debit and Credit Card transactions, is extremely secure, we appreciate that some of our Customers would prefer to pay by Cheque. Should you wish to order off-line, please write or email us with your requirements, calculate the full order value - don`t forget the relevant postage - and make your cheque payable to Decoflora, print your cheque guarantee card details on the back of the cheque and submit to

If paying by cheque goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Credit Card Security
